Refund and Returns Policy

 

Exchanges

LARGER SAFES AND VAULT DOORS are not easily exchanged and the situation would need to be exceptional and completely our fault before we would authorize a return or exchange. If a safe or vault door is damaged in transit/ during shipping by the freight company, then the best course of action is to call us immediately and if the damage is severe, refuse the shipment BEFORE the driver has left. DO NOT let the driver leave if there is damage. Either refuse the freight or if the damage is minimal and you still want to accept the product, note the damage and have the driver file an exception for damage and ask for a copy for your records. WE ARE EXTREMLY LIMITED IN OUR ABILITY TO HELP RECOVER MONEY FOR DAMAGES IF THE DRIVER LEAVES BEFORE NOTATING THE DAMAGE. BE SURE TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING ACCEPTANCE.

 

For smaller items like safe accessories,  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
