I purchased three safes from Mr. Parker almost two years ago. His two sons installed them perfectly and very quickly. Once they installed them, they took time to show me how to get into them with the combinations. I could not be any happier these people are the best to deal with.

Then fast forward to today and I had a minor issue with one of those safes And could not open it. Mr. Parker and his son came out resolved the issue in less than 15 or 20 minutes and it was even covered under the warranty.

Aaron was most patient with me during my year-long pursuit for a quality and reputable safe. I went to all the safe companies in the East Tennessee and North Georgia area; but there was no comparison when it came to the service, knowledge, price, and professionalism at Parker's Safes. I couldn't be happier with Amsec, but I also wouldn't have minded a Fort Knox had they been more readily available. Maybe Aaron will open up a shop in the Chattanooga area to give us more choices and reduce the cost of delivery/installation.....Although, his delivery fee was most fair and much more affordable than surrounding companies, and I never cringed at any moment during the installation.

Aaron Parker delivered the safe his self and arrived at the time he said he would. My safe went across a wood floor and in a closet with less than 1/8 inch clearance on each side of the door. They didn`t put a scratch anywhere. I would recommend them to anyone.

I live in Grand Junction CO. Several years ago, I had several large safes delivered to me at my home Colorado. When they arrived, I quickly found them to be of lesser quality then I was promised and a fair amount of damage. When I spoke to Aaron, he was very helpful and was able to answer every question I had. He had the best price by far of everywhere between here and Tennessee (that's half the dang country). When my safe arrived, it was apparent that these guys had really taken the extra time to package this monster. Once I removed the package, I discovered it was flawless. The next safe I buy will be from Parker Safes and Vaults!
